A desktop search for EVE Online's public contracts — by what's actually inside them.
The in-game finder only matches the constants: name, price, location. It can't look inside a contract — so a T2 BPO at the ME/TE you want, an abyssal module with the roll you need, or a fair multi-item pack are all invisible until you open them one by one. This app pulls every public contract in New Eden, indexes their contents, and lets you search that: blueprint ME/TE, abyssal rolled stats, pack appraisal. Runs on your machine, works offline. This repository hosts the downloads, the auto-update feed, and support (Issues + Wiki); the source lives in a separate repository.

One search for "10x". The top four contracts hold a single item each — and each is priced just under what ten would honestly cost: 7.20B against 7.45B for the injectors, 4.50B against 4.63B for the extractors. Close enough to read as a discount. The packs below them really do hold ten. The app shows what's inside; the title is just a title.
I'm Beulea — a solo high-sec player in The Forge who trawls contracts like everyone else. The in-game contract search always bit me the same way:
So I built the tool I wanted: index every public contract locally, search by what's inside, judge each deal against Jita, flag the classic scam shapes, and compare abyssal rolls side by side — with a value estimate from MutaMarket on each mutated module.
Content search — every public contract in New Eden, by title, contained item, region, kind and price. On a typical snapshot that's around 48,000 contracts and the 375,000 items inside them, across all 81 regions, searchable in milliseconds because it all lives on your disk.
Blueprints the game never let you find — filter BPO/BPC, set minimum ME/TE, narrow to T1/T2, sort by cheapest ISK-per-run.
Abyssal (mutated) modules — search a class by its rolled stats, sort by any roll, and see how each roll landed inside the mutaplasmid's range.
Stasis webs filtered by activation cost, CPU, optimal range and web strength at once — with a roll-quality badge on every result.
A Federation Navy Stasis Webifier rolled to −65.95% at 16.4 km, against −60% and 14 km stock — and the +28.5% CPU it costs to get there. MutaMarket's estimate sits beside the asking price: 8.07B against 8.00B asked.
Appraisal & scam guards — Jita value and net per contract, contracts that also demand items are flagged, and a single item always shows its real game name rather than whatever the seller titled it. That's the search at the top of this page.
Compare — line up abyssal rolls side by side, with a bar per stat showing where each landed.
Three near-identical rolls, 2.4B ISK apart — and the most expensive one isn't the best on any single stat.
Saved searches — name a set of filters and bring it back later. The in-game contract window forgets every filter the moment you close it, region included, and has done since players first asked in 2010.
Hide contracts you've turned down — one click and a listing is gone from every future search. The client can only ignore a whole issuer, so a listing you rejected keeps coming back at you on every scan.

Builds are unsigned (no paid Apple/Windows certificate yet), so the OS shows a one-time warning. This is expected for fan tools and it's safe to proceed:

chmod +x Beulea*.AppImage and run it. If it won't start, install FUSE (sudo apt install libfuse2 on Debian/Ubuntu) or run with --appimage-extract-and-run.One-time for a fresh download; after that it launches normally, and auto-updates never re-trigger the warning.
It downloads one public-contract snapshot — about 7 MB over the wire — and builds a local index from it. That index is roughly 66 MB on disk, next to 26 MB of bundled static game data. After that, every search is local: no network, no waiting, nothing leaves your machine.
EVE Ref publishes a fresh snapshot twice an hour. The app shows the age of the one you're holding in the top-right corner, and refreshes when you ask it to — never behind your back.
