Use this command to install Ibex with WinGet:
winget install --id=DevCentr.Ibex -e

Ibex (Install Builder EXtension) scaffolds installer.kdl projects, builds packages via plugins (zip, NSIS, Inno, MSI/MSIX, AppImage), emits CI workflows, and can append a folder to the user PATH (Install in-place). It is not a software catalog installer.
