Building

Download delafterreboot.py and icon.ico from repository

Install Python: https://www.python.org/downloads/

Install pyinstaller pip install pyinstaller

Run pyinstaller --onefile --console --icon=icon.ico --name delafterreboot delafterreboot.py

Done! Now you have delafterreboot.exe in dist\delafterreboot.exe
