The first launch downloads KanbanViz-Canvas-Server-0.2.3-win-x64.zip, verifies its SHA256 from the signed plugin manifest, installs it under %LOCALAPPDATA%\KanbanViz\canvas-extension\runtimes\, and starts the loopback-only server.
