IsImeOn is a text caret indicator tool designed to display an IME (Input Method Editor) status marker at the current text cursor position. The tool shows different indicators (character badges, teardrops, or circles) based on the active input mode, such as hiragana, katakana, or half-width English, and hides when the IME is turned off.

IsImeOn — IME連動キャレットインジケーター
IME の入力モード(オン/オフ・ひらがな・カタカナ等)に応じて、テキストキャレットの位置に
インジケーター(文字バッジ/しずく/丸)を重ねて表示するトレイ常駐ツールです。
IMEオフでは何も表示せず素のキャレットのまま、IMEオンのときだけ装飾が出ます。
Windows の IME とキャレットの挙動を実機調査したうえで、ゼロから実装しています。
OS標準のテキストカーソルインジケーターとは独立して動作し、単一exe・実行時依存なしで常駐します。
