Use this command to install IsImeOn with WinGet:
winget install --id=Hinaser.IsImeOn -e

Shows an indicator (character badge, teardrop, or circle) at the text caret that follows the current IME input mode (hiragana, katakana, etc.). Nothing is shown while the IME is off. Single portable exe with no runtime dependencies, resident memory around 7 MB.
