MUXFleet runs Claude Code, Codex, Gemini and other agent CLIs in real Windows
pseudoconsoles owned by a daemon, so a session outlives the terminal that
started it. mf ls shows which agent is waiting for you, a toast tells you
when one is, mf resume brings the fleet back after a reboot, and a bare mf
opens the fleet view.
README
MUXFleet
A session manager for AI coding agents on Windows. Run claude, codex,
gemini and friends in real ConPTY sessions that outlive your terminal:
detach, close the window, reboot your editor — the agent keeps running. A
keyboard fleet view shows every agent, sorted by who needs you; toasts and
sounds tell you when one is waiting; git worktrees give each agent its own
branch and directory.
MUXFleet is a fully Windows-native port of
Agent of Empires —
no tmux, no WSL, no POSIX emulation layer. ConPTY and Job Objects all the
way down.
Install
With winget (pending publication):
winget install MUXFleet.MUXFleet
Or portable: download MUXFleet--x64.zip from
Releases, verify
the .sha256 beside it, unzip anywhere, and run mf.exe. The binaries are
unsigned; the published hash is the integrity check. The user manual ships in
the zip.
Quick start
mf run claude # start an agent in a real pseudoconsole and attach
# Ctrl+B d detaches; the agent keeps running
mf # the fleet view: every session, statuses, screens
mf attach # reattach from any shell, losslessly
