UptimeLogger watches an internet connection around the clock and records every interruption. A tray icon shows the current state; a dashboard served locally in the browser shows a calendar heatmap of the last year, the figures for any period (outages, time offline, longest outage, availability, monitored time) and a full event log. A filter above the calendar decides which lengths of outage count, so the short blips a five-second probe interval produces can be left out. The log exports as CSV, and a chosen period exports as a PDF report for the conversation with a provider. It probes a configurable list of servers over TCP rather than ICMP, so it needs no administrator rights. Everything is stored in a local database: no account, no backend, no telemetry.
