HARE Ravitz Computers
winget install --id=RC.HareRGB -e HARE (Hardware Adaptive RGB Engine) controls the RGB lighting on your keyboard, mouse, motherboard, memory, fans and cooler from one place, instead of four vendor apps that each want to own your machine. It drives OpenRGB, which speaks the native protocol for well over a thousand RGB products, and ships it inside the installer along with the Visual C++ runtime it needs -- so there is nothing else to download. Effects run across every device at once or stack as layers on one. Looks can be saved, applied anywhere and shared as files. A spare monitor becomes a touch control panel, and a cooler's screen can show a live temperature. Beta 4 bundles the Visual C++ runtime and PawnIO driver and installs them when needed, including unattended setup. If driver setup fails, use Settings > Hardware after first launch.
