Diktuokle Robertas & Claude
winget install --id=RobertasTa.Diktuokle -e Hold the right Ctrl key, speak, release - the recognised text is typed into whatever program has the cursor (Word, browser, chat, accounting software). Speech recognition runs entirely on your own computer: audio and text never leave it, there is no account and no subscription. Lithuanian is recognised by Paprika, Kristijonas Jakubsonas' fine-tune of whisper-large-v3-turbo trained on the LIEPA-3 corpus and published under an open licence (7.6 % word error rate on LIEPA-derived test sets versus 26 % for generic Whisper). Punctuation and capitalisation are restored automatically; spoken Lithuanian numerals are converted to digits with the right cases. Russian and English use the generic faster-whisper large-v3. Choose one or two dictation languages during installation; the UI follows the first one. Switch languages mid-dictation with the arrow keys while Ctrl is held. The installer is small (~180 MB). On first launch the program asks before downloading the models it needs for the chosen languages (about 1.9 GB for Lithuanian only, up to 5 GB for two languages). After that it works offline. An NVIDIA GPU is detected automatically and CUDA libraries are offered as an optional download; recognition then takes about 0.2 s per sentence, or a few seconds on the CPU without a GPU. Not signed with a paid certificate, so Windows SmartScreen shows a warning on first run. The SHA-256 of every release file is published next to it.
