Soul Stack is a configuration management platform: a Keeper node renders Destiny for the Souls it manages, over a mutually authenticated gRPC stream, with RBAC, audit and an OpenAPI/MCP surface built in. This package installs the cross-platform operator CLIs — soulctl (drives Keeper), soul-lint (offline artifact linter), soul-trial (offline Destiny and Scenario runner) and soul-legion (load generator).
