winget install --id=StefanoCaronia.qr2l -e qr2l creates QR codes from a desktop app (qr2l-gui) or from the command line (qr2l). It recognizes what you type (links, email, phone numbers, SMS, WhatsApp, WiFi networks, geolocation, contacts and calendar events) and offers a form for the types with more fields. Codes can have custom colors and a logo in the middle, and are exported as PNG, SVG, PDF, BMP, JPEG, WebP or PostScript. The command-line tool also sets the error correction level and the module shape.
