Use this command to install VoiceNote with WinGet:
winget install --id=Stipple.VoiceNote -e VoiceNote turns speech into formatted text anywhere in Windows. Hold a hotkey, speak, and the text is typed into whatever app has focus. Transcription and formatting both run locally: speech recognition uses Whisper and formatting uses a small language model, each downloaded on first run and executed on your own machine. No audio or transcript is sent to a server, so it works offline and is usable where cloud dictation is not. It also records and summarises meetings by capturing both your microphone and the other side of the call, then producing a transcript and summary on-device. A three-day trial is included; continued use requires a one-time licence.
