all of this is the default keybinds, you can change this. for arguments of key.exe (keyboard Mouse Interaction Program EXE name) run key.exe --h
Windows Defender may incorrectly flag key.exe because the app monitors keyboard input and controls mouse movement. This is currently being investigated as a possible false positive.
