DevBar is a small pill docked to the top of your screen that expands into a card when you hover it, and disappears when you don't need it. It shows the handful of things a developer checks constantly: listening ports with one-click kill, clipboard history, Docker containers, git status for watched repos, build freshness, what is playing, and which Claude Code sessions are working or waiting on you. Jarvis, the voice module, answers out loud and can act on your machine, asking first before anything destructive. Nothing polls while the bar is collapsed, including the blur, so it measures 0.0% CPU at idle. No accounts, no telemetry.
