QSapecNG - Qt-based GUI for SapecNG Michele Caini <michele.caini@gmail.com>
winget install --id=skypjack.QSapecNG -e
QSapecNG is a Qt-based program for symbolic analysis of linear analog circuits. In fact, it consists of two indipendent parts: the SapecNG framework engine and the application gui QSapecNG. It is an open source, multi-platform project, continuously enhanced by students and researchers of Department of Electronics and Telecommunications (DET) of the University of Florence. It comes as continuation of SapWin for Windows, in order to give to the project a full compatibility on other platforms. Through SapecNG/QSapecNG users can draw, solve and analyze analog circuits as well as manage them. Since version 2.0.0~beta1 there is also the full support for sub-circuits that can be created, saved, reopened and added as part of other circuits.
QSapecNG is a Qt-based program for symbolic analysis of linear analog circuits. It consists of two independent components: the SapecNG framework engine and the QSapecNG graphical user interface (GUI). This open-source, multi-platform tool is designed to facilitate circuit design, simulation, and analysis, making it easier for users to understand and optimize their analog circuits.
Key Features:
- Symbolic analysis of linear analog circuits.
- Support for drawing, solving, and analyzing circuits with full functionality.
- Advanced capabilities for managing sub-circuits, enabling users to create, save, reopen, and integrate them into larger designs.
- Cross-platform compatibility, building on the legacy of SapWin while expanding its reach beyond Windows.
- Open-source development, continuously enhanced by students and researchers at the University of Florence.
Audience & Benefit:
QSapecNG is ideal for students, researchers, and engineers in electronics and telecommunications who need a robust tool to design, simulate, and analyze analog circuits. By offering symbolic analysis and sub-circuit support, it enables users to streamline their workflow and achieve more accurate results. The software can be installed via winget, ensuring seamless integration across supported platforms.
