基于 Rust 编写的 rustic 备份管理工具。配置驱动，单二进制，企业微信通知。
快速开始
# 1. 生成配置文件
.\rustic-backup.exe gen-config
# 2. 编辑 config.json，填写仓库密码、源路径、webhook
# 3. 初始化仓库

配置说明
任务配置字段

注意事项
- 仓库密码是解密唯一密钥，务必单独备份保存
- rustic.exe 需放在
bin/目录下，或在 config.json 中指定rustic_path - NAS 权限：确保运行任务的用户有访问源目录的权限
- 微盘上传：需要系统安装 wecom-cli，或在配置中指定 corpid/corpsecret
