Use this command to install patchsplit with WinGet:
winget install --id=zitzhen.patchsplit -e patchsplit is a Rust command-line tool that downloads a GitHub Pull Request .patch file and splits it into one patch file per commit. Since v1.1.0, pass `-s` / `--squash` to also write the PR's net diff as a single patch.
